Ready to book your session?
Bookings can be made by phone or by email. The most important thing to know before booking is that there is no pressure, expectation, or need to have previous experience with holistic or spiritual practices. Every session is approached in a gentle, supportive, and non-judgemental way, with the focus always being on creating a calm and comfortable experience.
Please note that payment will be required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment.
For Distance Reiki sessions, clients are encouraged to find a quiet, comfortable space where they can fully relax without interruption. Many people choose to sit or lie down with a blanket, calming music, crystals, or a candle, although none of these are necessary. The most important thing is simply allowing yourself time to rest, relax, and be open to the experience.
After Reiki or intuitive guidance sessions, people may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, calmer, grounded, reflective, or more emotionally aware. Some people feel energised, while others may feel tired afterwards as the body and mind process the experience. It is recommended to drink plenty of water.
